Why Should I Meal Plan?

Weekly Meal plans make the whole week feel easier! Here’s why I love having my dinners planned ahead of time:

Less Stress: You already know what’s for dinner, so there’s no last-minute scrambling.Save Money: A plan helps you stick to your grocery list, use what you buy, and cut down on takeout.Healthier Meals: With a plan and the right ingredients on hand, it’s easier to cook at home instead of grabbing takeout.Save Time: Meal planning means fewer extra grocery trips and no more staring into the fridge wondering what to make.Easier Evenings: Dinner feels more manageable, and everyone knows what they get to look forward to that week!

Weekly Meal Plan Leftovers

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
