• Matcha Umami Oil Salmon: Norwegian salmon dressed with house made Uji matcha umami oil on Kura specialty rice garnished with microgreens.
• Matcha Umami Oil Sea Bream: Imported sea bream from Ehime and Kochi, Japan prefectures dressed with house made Uji matcha umami oil on Kura specialty rice garnished with microgreens.
• Kyoto Style Matcha Sundae: Uji matcha ice cream from Japan paired with warabimochi, red bean paste, strawberries and house made matcha sauce.

Sip away on a fruity, sparkling green tea:

• Sparkling Uji Matcha White Strawberry: Carbonated water with organic cane sugar, Uji matcha, white strawberry puree and green tea.
