Dallas, TX  (RestaurantNews.comBread Zeppelin, the Dallas-founded fast casual concept known for its signature “Zeppelin” and chopped salads, is introducing a limited-time B.L.T. that brings a texture-forward twist to a classic favorite. Available starting March 31, the new menu item reimagines the beloved classic with a focus on quality ingredients and thoughtfully prepared in-house elements.

The B.L.T. will be available at participating locations, featuring crunchy applewood smoked bacon, avocado, grape tomatoes and crisp iceberg lettuce, paired with Bread Zeppelin’s housemade croutons – crafted from toasted Zeppelin cores and seasoned with the brand’s signature spice blend. Guests can select any house-made dressing, with ranch and bleu cheese recommended as ideal complements.

Available as both a bowl ($10.99) and the brand’s signature Zeppelin ($11.99), the B.L.T. brings together the ingredients of a classic sandwich with Bread Zeppelin’s signature format. Each Zeppelin features a fresh-baked baguette that’s hollowed out and filled with a chopped salad mixture, offering an alternative to traditional wraps and sandwiches.

“Our menu has always balanced fresh preparation with our own take on dishes people already love,” said Troy Charhon, co-founder of Bread Zeppelin. “With the B.L.T., we focused on taking a familiar combination and incorporating elements that define our kitchens – housemade croutons, carefully prepared ingredients and textures that work together in every bite.”

The limited-time B.L.T. joins Bread Zeppelin’s menu of made-to-order Zeppelins and salads, where guests can choose from a range of greens, vegetables, housemade dressings and proteins prepared daily.

“Some of the most memorable menu items come from refining simple ideas,” said Andrew Schoellkopf, co-founder of Bread Zeppelin. “The B.L.T. is a perfect example – crisp bacon, fresh vegetables and the added crunch of croutons. It’s a classic combination that reflects our focus on quality ingredients.”
